Blending animal flow, mobility, strength, and mindfulness, it invites you to move the way humans were meant to — powerfully, fluidly, and with intention. Each practice builds strength, stability, and awareness through primal patterns like crawling, rolling, and balancing, helping you feel more grounded, free, and fully alive — both in your body and in your life.
45 minutes movement across the floor, 15 minutes mat based yoga.
