Benny Friedman is set to headline “Benny & Friends,” an afternoon concert scheduled for Sunday, October 12 at Newark Symphony Hall. The event, titled Whee Want To Sing With You, is organized by SING Entertainment and features a lineup of special guest singers, surprise stars, and a live band under musical director Gershon Freishtat.

The concert follows Benny’s recently released album Be Gebentched, which came out in August. All 13 tracks from the album became the top-13 trending songs on the 24Six Jewish music app, a first for any album on that platform.

This will be Benny’s first public concert appearance in the U.S. since the album dropped. In addition to performing his new songs live alongside fan favorites, he will share the stage with friends and guest artists in what concert organizers promise will be a memorable experience. 

The event also supports a charitable cause. Proceeds will benefit Bonei Olam, an organization dedicated to assisting couples facing infertility. Doors open at 2:00 PM; the show starts at 3:00 PM. Tickets are on sale now.
