An opportunity for all of us to journey deeply through music. We find ourselves bombarded by all sorts of stimuli throughout our daily lives and rarely find time to listen, just listen. To ourselves, to those around us, and to the circumstances of our lives. This is an opportunity to really learn the sacred art of stillness, movement, and listening as we journey together on a beautiful wave of sound.
