Dancing through Limitation into Freedom w/ Sarah K Mikhaylova
Join in a a Rosh Chodesh Nissan immersive dance journey where we can embody Nissan’s divine opportunity for a redemptive and compassionate reset. This journey will begin with an ice breaker, followed by a journaling exercise to reveal that which is holding us back, followed by a guided dance journey, and concluding with a closing circle for integration and sharing. No dance experience is needed and there are no steps to follow. This is a safe space to nourish your unique and authentic and expression. This will be a harmonious journey and reunion of the spirit, mind, heart and body.
