Dear Friends,

As you have seen when driving past our construction site, the vision of Chabad Chayil is physically rising before our eyes. The walls are up, the nearly 38,000 square feet of space are taking shape, and we are so close to providing a permanent home for the 700+ children in our programs.

We are currently in the final stretch—the “Last Mile.” We need to raise the remaining $2.2 million to complete the project and finally open our doors.

The Opportunity: The Building Completion Fellowship

Today, I am asking for your help in identifying a small, elite team of Young Professionals and Recent College Graduates to join us as Fellows. This is not a typical internship; it is a high-level mentorship program designed to build the leaders of tomorrow.

I am thrilled to announce that Peter Zuckerman, an expert in sales and professional development, will be leading the educational component of this fellowship.

What the Fellows will learn: Using the proven principles of Prosper Training, Peter will personally mentor this group in:

1. The Art of High-Ticket Sales: Moving beyond “asking” to creating “impact investments.”
2. Psychological Influence: Learning the communication skills used by the world’s top 1% of earners.
3. Strategic Networking: How to navigate rooms with high-net-worth individuals and community leaders.
4. The Prosper Mindset: Developing the resilience, discipline, and grit required to close major deals and lead organizations.

Why this matters: This is “Resume Gold.” A participant won’t just be volunteering; they will be receiving a world-class education in sales and leadership while helping us secure the final $2.2M needed to serve the Jewish future in Highland Lakes.

1. Identify a Candidate: Do you know a recent graduate—perhaps your son, daughter, or a neighbor—who is hungry for world-class sales training and real-world experience?
