March Madness
Join fellow Emerging Leaders for our March Madness Bracket Challenge – a friendly competition where you’ll predict the winners of the NCAA Tournament, follow the leaderboard, and compete for bragging rights, all while supporting the Jewish Federation of Broward County’s Annual Campaign. 
Whether you’re a college basketball expert or just in it for the fun, this is an easy and exciting way to engage with our community.
Bracket Dates
Bracket submissions open: Sunday, March 15 (Selection Sunday)
Brackets close: Thursday, March 19 at 12:00 p.m.
Tournament concludes: Saturday, April 4

Kickoff Watch Gathering
Join us for a casual, come-and-go watch gathering on the first day of tournament games. Meet us in Downtown Fort Lauderdale between 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. to catch the opening matchups, connect with fellow participants, and kick off the madness together.
Winners Circle
The winning participant will receive an exclusive private lunch with the Chairman of our Board of Directors and an accomplished business leader – an opportunity for meaningful conversation, professional insight, and connection with one of our community’s top leaders in private equity and philanthropy.
